This position works closely with sales staff and\ncustomers in the development of new products, along with our naval architects,\nvendors, and manufacturing personnel. Our engineer must ensure all products\nmeet requirements for ergonomics, biomechanics, and manufacturability. The\nposition is responsible for research of composite materials, adhesives, etc. Our\nengineer works closely with production, overseeing operation of the CNC machine\nand ply cutter, generating work instructions and process check lists. Position\nis also responsible for creating part &amp; assembly drawings for all new\ncomponents using industry GD&amp;T standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Requirements:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Mechanical or Composites engineering degree<\/li><li>3-5 years of work experience.<\/li><li>Experience with surface modeling [SolidWorks].\nTraining provided.<\/li><li>Surface modelling experience [or training to\nbe provided]<\/li><li>Programming MasterCAM [training provided]<\/li><li>Rowing Experience strongly preferred.<\/li><li>Outgoing, Motivated, Good communications\nskills, Organized<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Position is full time, with benefits, and excellent\nsalary.
